WinterMix

It is a special product developed by Betonsa for casting concrete in cold air. It helps to protect the concrete against frost when the light frost effect continues throughout the day and sudden temperature drops are possible. Preventing the loss of strength of concrete in winter conditions, WinterMix saves time by shortening the moulding time.

1803 Concrete

As a result of Akçansa’s long-term R&D studies, concrete using the ‘1803 Cement’ product has been developed to have a minimum service life of 100 years. 1803 Concrete, specially designed for the 1915 Çanakkale Bridge project, has been produced with the feature of processability in a record time of 6 hours in order to adapt to casting conditions at sea. In addition, in the shaft fabrications at the junction detail of reinforced concrete foundation and steel legs, it was ensured that the self-settlement feature was maintained for 6 hours.

İzobeton

Developed by Betonsa for insulation purposes, Izobeton is 50% to 75% lighter than normal concrete and screeds and consists of cement fine aggregate (sand), lightweight aggregate and chemical additives. It is fluid when fresh and can be pumped by screed or concrete pump. The lightweight aggregate used is expanded polystyrene (EPS). The hollow structure of EPS gives Izobeton both lightness, heat insulation and sound absorption properties. It is aimed to design more comfortable living spaces with the sound absorbing feature of Izobeton, which directly contributes to energy efficiency with its thermal insulation feature.

Smart Beton

Smart Beton, one of our innovative products, is a special application for determining the strength of concrete used in buildings without taking samples. Using a sensor and a phone application, it allows instant monitoring of the concrete reaching the desired strength. The quality of the concrete is measured by digital sensors that we place inside.

Viskobeton is specially designed according to project requirements and prepared in different spreading classes. It offers a long-lasting, environmentally resistant and permanent solution with its design that fully meets the fresh concrete properties of self-compacting concretes described in EN 206 and complementary standards.
