      As per the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the “Law”), your personal data may be processed by Akçansa Çimento Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Akçansa’’ or the “Company”) under the capacity of data controller within the following scope.

      This Information on Processing of Personal Data (“Information”) has been prepared in order to inform you about data processing activities performed by the Company. For any matters not included in this Information, you may contact our Company by following the steps under the title Your Rights as the Data Subject.

      2. Principles Followed during Processing of Personal Data

      We, as Akçansa, follow the general principles below while processing your personal data:

      • Compliance with the law and rules of honesty,
      • Being accurate and up-to-date when necessary,
      • Processing of data for certain, clear and legitimate purposes,
      • Data being connected with purpose of processing, limited and moderate,
      • Storage of data for a period stipulated by the respective legislation or the purpose of processing.
      3. Reasons for Legality during Processing of Personal Data

      At least one of the reasons for legality provided for in articles 5 and 6 of the Law is required for us to be able to process your personal data. In the absence of such reason, we do not process your data.

      Your personal data is collected verbally, in writing or electronically through the information and documents you have communicated to us or created, verbally or through different channels (such as hand delivery, mail, e-mail) pursuant to your relationship with the Company, and is processed by the Company through automatic (via the electronic systems and programs used by the company) and non-automatic (by maintaining physical files and records) methods pursuant to the purposes specified in this Disclosure Text.

      If you submit your request to us, the Company will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and within no later than thirty days, depending on the nature of your request. However, if the transaction requires any additional cost, the Company will charge the fee in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.       1. Acquire information about whether your Personal data has been processed or not, and require information related to such processing;
      2. Find out the reason for personal data processing and whether such data are used in compliance with intended purposes or not,
      3. Learn about domestic and foreign third parties who have received your personal data,
