Applications for the third term of Akçansa’s GençİZ new generation long-term internship program have started.

The program, which encourages female students to gain experience in the industry, helps young women realize their dreams and goals while giving them the opportunity to explore different fields within the business world. 

This 8-month long-term internship program is open for applications until July 19.

As a joint venture of Sabancı Holding and Heidelberg Materials, Akçansa launched GençİZ under its ‘Future of Work’ vision. This next-generation program, designed for female students, offers an authentic work and development experience from day one. Applications are now open for the program’s third term.

Female undergraduate students in their third or fourth year and those pursuing graduate studies are eligible to apply for GençİZ.

Participants in the third term of GençİZ will also have the opportunity to prepare for Akçansa’s ‘Let’s Shape the Future Together’ talent recruitment program.
