Akçansa Wins the International Women-Friendly Brands 2025 Awareness Award
Akçansa has achieved a significant success by being among the 51 projects that passed the preliminary selection in 6 different categories and were evaluated in the International Women-Friendly Brands 2025 Awareness Awards Program.
The company earned the International Women-Friendly Brands 2025 Awareness Award in the category of Women Employment and Equal Opportunities in the Workplace with its GençİZ Long-Term Women Internship Program.
Akçansa, a joint venture of Sabancı Holding and Heidelberg Materials, received the International Women-Friendly Brands 2025 Awareness Award for GençİZ, its new-generation long-term women’s internship program that supports female students in gaining experience in the construction materials sector.
In the international award program, where the impact measurements of the projects and their effects on social transformation were analyzed in detail, Akçansa achieved an important success by winning the International Women-Friendly Brands 2025 Awareness Award in the category of Women Employment and Equal Opportunities in the Workplace, among 51 projects evaluated in 6 different categories.
