Being a leader construction materials company of Turkey, Akçansa announced its financial results for 2014. According to this, the turnover of the company for 2014 realized as 1,4 billion TL and the period’s profit as 250,3 million TL.

Being a leader construction materials company of Turkey, Akçansa announced its financial results for 2014. According to the consolidated income statement and the period’s financial results that are issued as of the 31st of December 2014 and submitted by Akçansa to ISE; the turnover of the company reached to 1,4 billion TL. And the Gross Profit of the company realized as 391,6 million TL, as well the Period’s Profit as 250,3 million TL.

Akçansa General Manager Mr. Mehmet Hacıkamiloğlu said, “2014 became one of the important milestones of our company in its sustainable growth. By means of the market and customer focused marketing approach adapted by us, we developed, manufactured and marketed the products that were requested by our customers. Today, including the raising 3rd Bridge project in Turkey, we, as Akçansa, have permits in many important projects. We are proud of this. And this reveals itself in terms of our performance, sales revenue and profitability.”

Taking the attraction to that the infrastructure investments and urbanization transformation projects increasingly going on in Turkey have a positive impact on the cement industry, Mr. Hacıkamiloğlu added, “As the qualified, identical, functional and esthetically value generating projects come to the front in the construction sector, a privileged and niche market will reveal for our sector, too. Furthermore, the investments oriented to meet the value gained in the mind of the consumers concerning the issues, such as the energy efficiency and green building, will have a stronger influence. We foresee that all these factors will have a positive impact on our sector in 2015 and later on as well as on the financial performance of Akçansa.”
