Akçansa Volunteers will visit 15 schools located in Büyükçekmece during April and March and aim to reach to 3 thousand students in total. The interest in the trainings started on the 6th of April is already very high. During the trainings performed in an interactive platform, the children are encouraged to participate and so the children can express themselves in a comfortable manner.
Under the scope of the project, ÇEVKO will, in cooperation with Büyükçekmece Municipality, perform activities to locate recycling containers at the schools. So the students will have the chance to better apply the things they learned during the theoretical courses.
