Akçansa Launches Digital Transformation Initiative to Enhance Customer Experience

Akçansa is focusing on creating a positive impact for its stakeholders through innovative projects led by its ready-mixed concrete brand, Betonsa.

With the newly implemented Customer Relationship Management (CRM) project, Betonsa’s sales teams can now digitally monitor construction projects anytime and anywhere with just one click. Customers, on the other hand, can easily initiate their purchasing processes via Akçansa’s website.

A joint venture of Sabancı Holding and Heidelberg Materials, Akçansa continues to create value for its customers through a wide range of digital transformation initiatives under its ready-mixed concrete brand, Betonsa.

Through its collaboration with Salesforce, a leading software company in its field, Betonsa has launched a CRM project that enables sales teams to conveniently track construction projects digitally, independent of time and location. Customers can also initiate purchasing processes and easily communicate with sales teams via Akçansa’s website.

In the next phase of the project, the goal is to enable customers to manage all commercial and operational processes of their construction site projects in an integrated manner through a single digital portal.

Commenting on the initiative, Akçansa General Manager Vecih Yılmaz stated that the project offers effective, fast, and life-enhancing solutions to customer needs. Yılmaz continued:
