Akçansa’s Samsun Ladik Plant has successfully completed an independent audit conducted by the Economic Enterprise of the Turkish Ready-Mixed Concrete Association’s Quality Assurance System (KGS) and has been awarded the Gold Level Certificate for Responsible Sourcing by the Concrete Sustainability Council (CSC).

With the Ladik Cement Plant now also holding a Gold Level CSC Certificate, Akçansa has become the first and only building materials producer in Turkey with all its cement plants certified at this level.

Continuing its efforts to use resources efficiently, Akçansa is being recognized for its sustainability-focused initiatives. The Ladik Plant received its Gold Level Certificate with a score of 90.99.

This milestone marks a significant achievement in responsible sourcing across Turkey. With the latest certification, Akçansa stands alone as the only company in the country whose entire network of cement plants holds the CSC Gold Level Certificate.
