"Influencing ideas" will compete at the 9th Concrete Ideas Project Competition
Akçansa, the leader construction materials producer of Turkey, is organizing the ninth "Concrete Ideas Project Competition", organized for emphasizing the importance of cement and concrete and increasing the awareness for ready-mixed concrete.
This year's theme for the competition, open for all graduate and undergraduate students from all faculties of the universities, is set as "Ses Getiren Bir Fikir Ver" (Give an Influencing Idea). Students will compete their innovative and applicable ideas in social responsibility, marketing, digitalization, architecture, product development and efficiency fields that will make a difference in the sector.
The applications for 9th "Concrete Ideas Project Competition" organized by Akçansa, the leader construction materials producer of Turkey, started. The competition is open for all graduate and undergraduate students from all faculties of the universities in Turkey, and the deadline for the applications is February 15.
The deadline for submitting the projects is set as March 31, 2018 and the students can participate to the competition as groups of minimum 2 and maximum 4 people from different faculties and departments. The members of the winning group will receive MacBook, while the members of second ranking group will receive iPad Pro, and the members of third ranking group will receive Apple Watch.
Last year, approximately 1.500 people from 117 universities have applied for the Akçansa Concrete Ideas Project Competition.
