Working hours
are 08:30-17:30 at the Head Office on 5 days of the
week. Working order in our plants and Ready Mixed
Concrete Facilities is arranged in shifts; for administrative
staff it has been designated as 08:00 17:30. Overtime
work may be organized whenever work necessitates
it, subject to the decision of the Company management. |
| Annual
Leave Policy |
Employees are
entitled to paid annual leave one year after their
recruitment. The annual leave periods of the employees
within the scope of the Collective Labor Agreement
are: 20 work days for 1-4 years; 25 work days for
5-14 years; 30 work days for 15 years and up. The
annual leave periods of the employees outside the
scope of the Collective Labor Agreement are: 18 work
days for 1-5 years; 24 work days for 6-15 years;
28 work days 15 years and up. |
