ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Akçansa Organization and Human resources Success Plan (OHRSP)
A rather extensive study is carried out in April and May each year, aiming to review Akçansa’s organizational structure and its employees in the light of the Company’s medium and long-term strategic objectives. The Organization and Human resources Success Plan (OHRSP), which is prepared by our Human resources function with the participation of our top and middle level managers and which is presented at the end of May to our Company’s top management, and our shareholders Sabanci Holding and HeidelbergCement focuses on the organizational structure of the Company and all its units, corporate culture, and human resources management systems and assists the launching of diverse action plans.

Work Life Assessment Survey and Organizational Development Plans

A new survey, namely the “Work Life Assessment Survey” is being carried out, aiming to determine the satisfaction levels of our employees and find out the areas we have to improve as an organization. The results of this survey and the Organizational Development Plans that comprise the development activities conducted in the light of these results are shared with all our employees in the Communication Meetings organized.
