Group Collective Labor Agreements are being signed between the “The Cement Producers Employers Association”, of which almost all companies operating in the cement industry in Turkey are members, and Türkiye Çimse-İş (Cement, Ceramic, Earthenware and Glass Workers Union of Turkey). These agreements through which the rights of our blue-collar employees are arranged, stay in effect for consecutive periods of 2 years.
