 Job Descriptions and Job Evaluation
For all jobs carried out at Akçansa; the qualifications of the person to carry out that job, the internal and external communication network necessary for the execution of the job, the description of the job/mission, and the main responsibility domains are defined. These documents, which we may briefly call “Job Descriptions”, have been entered into the Company’s computer system and are accessible by all members.

As an extension of job descriptions, all white-collar jobs at Akçansa are evaluated by Mercer’s Corporate Resources Group (CRG) method. This staff position assessment technique, which is also used extensively abroad, facilitates the objective assessment of jobs and internal and external relativities. Results of the “Job Evaluation” process constitute the basis of “Akçansa’s Compensation System”.
