Our HR Philosophy

OUR HUMAN RESOURCES PHILOSOPHY

As we set up our HR strategy and primary objectives, we take into consideration the domestic and the global economic environment and all the conditions peculiar to our line of business, i.e. cement, ready mixed concrete and aggregate sectors, besides the business objectives of our Company.
