It makes me proud to be working for a deep-rooted, corporate company that can realize its targets decisively, has successfully merged various cultures within its structure, proven its difference from other companies in spite of the harshness of competitive conditions, and has taken its position as leader of the sector with the extraordinary efforts of all its employees, and to feel that I, too, have a share in this success. With the thought of being an employee of such a company, is a privileged position, I thank everybody who has a share in bringing Akçansa to the present.

I have been working for Akçansa for around fifteen years and actually it constitutes my whole career meaning that Akçansa is my first and only employer so far. This makes Akçansa a very special entity for me, not just somewhere that helps me earn my life but having witnessed my own personal development along with the growth of Akçansa, and feeling that I played a part in this growth, makes me feel very happy. To sum up, I think Akçansa and being an Akçansa employee is a way of life.

Engin Halidun AKYAZ – MAINTENANCE MANAGER (BÜYÜKÇEKMECE)

My proud and satisfying journey here started with Akçimento in 1987, continued with Akçansa after 1996 and is still carrying on. During this time I had held many positions from shift engineer, to operating engineer and semi-product chief and then finally the product manager. It is a good feeling to be with Akçansa for 20 years and having experienced all these stages. I gained a lot of experience, learned a lot during this time and thinking about the past, today and other companies in the industry, I am happy to be with Akçansa.

I am happy to be working in Akçansa, which is a very strong name in the industry with its leader position. I believe it is a privilege to be working here because we are given space, witness continuous improvement and see concrete results of these improvement works.

The name Akçansa evokes a very strong presence as it is the leader in its area and also as it is one of the subsidiaries of a great global business group. Therefore I am very content to be working here.
