5th of June, the World Environment Day, celebrated traditionally every year at Betonsa, was celebrated with the participation of all employees of the facilities this year. During the celebrations, the significance of our ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certificate was underlined and environmental consciousness was pointed out as the most valuable heritage we can hand over to the future generations. It was furthermore affirmed that the consciousness demonstrated on World Environment Day should be kept alive on every workday.

Within the scope of the celebration activities, collective territorial cleaning was performed within all facilities before starting work, and young trees and flowers were planted at some facilities, which were not adequately greened.
