Akçansa's turnover for the year 2016 is TL 1 billion 461 million

Akçansa, the leader construction materials company of Turkey, announced the financial results of the financial year of 2016. Accordingly, the sales revenue of the company for the year 2016 has realized as TL 1 billion 461 million, and the profit for the period as TL 287 million.

The company's total turnover for the last year has neared to TL 1,5 billion, according to the consolidated income statement issued as of December 31, 2016, as well as the financial results of the period announced by Akçansa, the leader construction materials company of Turkey. While the company's sales revenue is announced as TL 1 billion 461 million, the gross profit is realized as TL 417,5 million, and profit for the period as TL 287 million.

Emphasizing that Akçansa differentiates itself in the sector with the innovative products, services and platforms it develops and that 2016 has been a year of records once again for Akçansa, Akçansa General Manager Şahap Sarıer said, "We have our signature under Turkey's pride projects. We have acted as a supplier for the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge, which spans the Istanbul strait for the third time and entered into the world literature with its firsts, with our 100+ Beton product that is developed as 100% by the Turkish engineers and also produced 100% with the efforts of Turkish workers. We have received "Excellence Award" for this product in the USA, and we have placed our name among the exemplary applications in the world with the successful operation we completed under the challenging conditions of the Istanbul Strait."
